Sr Project Manager (Technology Project Manager)

Reporting to: Senior Program Manager
Department: Technology
Location: Boston, MA (Hybrid, 3x/wk onsite in our Seaport office)

We’re looking for a Technology Project Manager to lead and deliver software development initiatives across multiple business domains. In this role, you’ll partner closely with engineering and business stakeholders to drive clarity, execution, and alignment—ensuring projects are delivered efficiently, transparently, and with measurable impact. You’ll act as both a delivery leader and trusted advisor, helping teams navigate governance, methodologies, and collaboration best practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and lead strong, aligned project teams capable of delivering against defined goals and timelines
  • Translate requirements into actionable project plans with clear milestones, managing scope and mitigating risk
  • Partner with stakeholders across the organization to define, document, and prioritize project requirements, scope, and dependencies
  • Responsible for planning, organizing, and directing the completion of specific projects while ensuring they are completed on time, on budget and within scope

 

  • Own project communications, proactively sharing status updates, risks, and issues with internal teams and leadership
  • Drive delivery through Agile methodologies, facilitating ceremonies and ensuring alignment across engineering and business teams
  • Identify opportunities to improve execution, efficiency, and team productivity through process improvement and optimization
  • Contribute to the ongoing development and improvement of the Project Management Life Cycle and agile methodologies
  • Present project goals, outcomes, metrics, and sprint performance to stakeholders and senior leaders

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience
  • Fluent written and spoken English
  • 5-6 years of experience in technical project management, Engineering management or team leadership within a technology organization
  • Proven experience managing large-scale, cross-functional technology projects
  • Skilled at Agile- Scrum Framework
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence across teams
  • Experience managing multiple concurrent initiatives, Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization skills
  • Knowledge of legacy and emerging Software development technologies
  • Proficiency with project management tools, frameworks, and methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.)

 

Total Rewards

The base salary range for this role is $120,000 – $140,000 annually. Final compensation may vary and will be determined based on factors such as relevant experience, skills, internal equity, and geographic location. In addition to base pay, this role is eligible for an annual incentive bonus and first-class benefits, which include:
