Tulsa Center for Rehabilitation & Healthcare is seeking a skilled and compassionate Night Certified Nursing Assistant to join our dedicated team at our skilled nursing and rehabilitation community in Tulsa, Oklahoma. As a Night Certified Nursing Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents while promoting independence, dignity, and comfort.

Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding

• Provide personalized care and support to residents with varying levels of need

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of resident care and services

• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans

• Promote a positive and respectful environment for residents, families, and staff

• Participate in ongoing education and training to advance knowledge and skills

Requirements:

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Experience in a healthcare setting

• Ability to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
