Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) Responsibilities

  • Deliver physical therapy treatments under the direction of a Physical Therapist
  • Guide patients through exercise programs and rehabilitation plans
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments as directed
  • Educate patients on home exercise programs
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation

PTA Requirements

  • Active Florida Physical Therapist Assistant license (or eligibility)
  • Graduate of an accredited PTA program
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Outpatient experience preferred (new grads welcome)
