Job Description

About the Role

  • We are looking for a Client Services Specialist III role to support customer engagement and internal coordination across Greater China. This role works closely with Sales and Business Development teams to manage customer inquiries, ensure timely responses, and support ongoing customer relationships.
  • This position is well-suited for graduates who are patient, detail‑oriented, enjoy working with people, and are eager to learn and grow in a collaborative, fast‑paced environment.
  • This position will support customer and internal teams in Greater China and work closely with regional Sales, BD and customers. 
  • The role requires strong collaboration, learning agility, cross‑cultural communication, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn and grow.

 

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary intake point for customer inquiries, ensuring accurate logging, clarification, and triage of requests
  • Manage customer outreach, responses, and follow‑ups, coordinating internally to ensure timely and consistent communication
  • Work closely with the Sales/BD team, supporting customer interactions and acting as an extension of the sales team
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to address customer inquiries related to services, scope, and processes
  • Support BD activities by helping manage inquiry workflows, follow‑ups, and internal coordination related to customer needs
  • Track inquiry status and ensure issues are progressed to resolution
  • Build knowledge of internal processes and offerings through continuous learning and collaboration

Education & Background

  • Bachelor’s degree or above required

     

  • Overseas study experience preferred

 

Language Requirements

  • High fluency in Mandarin Chinese is mandatory (spoken and written)
  • English: Basic to working level, mainly for reading and internal communication
  • Japanese: Strong plus (not mandatory, but highly desirable)
