Position Overview
Carry On Therapy is seeking an in-person BCBA to provide hands-on clinical supervision inside our Cordova clinic. This role is ideal for a BCBA who enjoys being present on the treatment floor, coaching RBTs in real time, and directly supporting learner progress.
This is a 100% clinical position focused on behavior plans, treatment quality, and staff guidance. There are no scheduling, operational, or administrative responsibilities. The Assistant Clinical Director oversees clinic operations, allowing the BCBA to focus strictly on clinical care.
Both newly certified and experienced BCBAs are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities
● Provide active, in-person supervision on the clinic floor
● Support implementation of behavior intervention plans
● Conduct functional behavior assessments and skill-based evaluations
● Develop individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention plans
● Coach and guide RBTs during sessions in real time
● Monitor treatment fidelity and learner progress
● Review data and make data-based clinical decisions
● Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other providers
● Support behavior reduction and skill acquisition programs
● Maintain compliance with BACB ethical guidelines and company policies
● Participate in clinical case reviews with the Clinical Director
Reporting Structure
● Reports directly to the Clinical Director & Assistant Clinical Director
● Focuses exclusively on clinical programming and learner progress
Compensation and Schedule
● Location: Cordova, TN (In-person clinic role)
● Pay Range: $75–$85 per hour
● Schedule: Full-time or part-time available
● Role Type: Hands-on clinical supervision and behavior plan oversight
Qualifications
● Active BCBA certification
● Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field
● Active Tennessee licensure (LBA/LBS) required
● Tennessee Medicaid ID required
● Strong communication and clinical judgment skills
● A passion for supporting children and families in meaningful ways
