What You’ll Actually Do

You’ll start by learning how to create opportunities in the field and build trust with homeowners. This role involves proactive outreach — if you’re not comfortable starting conversations, this likely isn’t the right fit.
In this role, you will:
  • Engage in homeowner conversations daily
  • Walk families through property inspections and insurance restoration projects
  • Present and guide customers through high‑value home exterior upgrades
  • Practice and refine your pitch through feedback and repetition
  • Contribute to a team that values discipline, growth, and results

What You Can Earn

This is a performance‑based sales role with uncapped income.
  • Many representatives earn $100,000–$165,000+ annually
  • Strong performers often exceed $140,000-$165,000 per year
  • Long‑term top producers and leaders can earn $200,000+ annually
You get out what you put in. There is NO CAP on what you can earn.
