Work Schedule:3rd Shift: Mondays – Thursdays; 4:30PM-5:00AM (4 Day Work Week)Compensation:$21.00 – $25.00 per hour, $2.00 per hour shift differential, quarterly bonusesDuties & Responsibilities:Follow established safety rules, policies and procedures at all timesMonitor product quality and ensure that the quality control systems are being utilized properlyEnsure that all safety guards are in place and operate properly on the machineAssist in maintaining discipline of assigned operators; make recommendations/report observations to supervisorsDrive production and efficiency of assigned machine centerAssist in training new associates to safely perform their duties in the most efficient way possible while upholding the highest quality standardsMaintain machine to ensure all preventative maintenance has been completed by the scheduled timeRecommend changes in methods, equipment, material handling and similar projects for improvements in efficiencies or standards of practiceOperate printing presses and/or die cutters to make a variety of corrugated productsEnsure that equipment is clean and organizedBecome knowledgeable of paper properties, setting up a press and managing colorsPromote morale and wellness of Crew MembersOther tasks as assigned by supervisorFull-time role in a manufacturing plant/warehouse settingDesired Skills & Qualifications:High school diploma or GED preferredAbility to understand and follow both verbal and written instructionsAbility to read a tape measure with speed and accuracyWorks well with others in a team settingShows dependability on the job – willingness and ability to work overtimeQuality and results orientedDemonstrates a professional attitude and even-tempered response through interactions with othersAbility to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or graphic formAbility to solve problems involving one or more concrete variables in standardized situationsAbout BCI
