- Assist in managing daily program operations, including student arrivals, staff coordination, and facility management.
- Assist in supply distribution, inventory, and needs to ensure smooth program execution.
- Student Engagement & Support:
- In coordination with the Dudley administrators they will aid in student recruitment efforts in the spring and throughout the summer to maximize enrollment.
- Assist in monitoring student attendance and engagement to ensure high participation and program effectiveness.
- Staff Coordination & Training:
- Assist in providing ongoing communication and support to teachers, and support staff.
- Model and assist in classroom support.
- Data & Program Effectiveness:
- Assist in collecting and analyzing student progress data to assess program impact.
- Assist in developing strategies for improving student engagement and achievement.
- Assist in end-of-program reporting to evaluate successes and areas for improvement.
- Experience in managing staff & front office skills.
- Experience working with early childhood students, preferably in an instructional or leadership capacity.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, administrators, students, and families.
- Gain hands-on leadership experience in an early childhood school setting.
- Work closely with experienced administrators to develop skills in school management, instructional leadership, and student engagement.
- Play a critical role in helping students prepare for Kindergarten.

Position Summary:
The KSP Program Assistant Coordinator will support the administration of KSP summer learning. This role provides a valuable opportunity for an aspiring leader to gain hands-on experience in school operations, student engagement, and instructional support.
