Superior Propane is hiring for a Fleet Deployment Manager! Reporting to the Director of Fleet Operations, the Fleet Deployment Manager will be responsible for the design and overall utilization of fleet across our locations in North America.
*Candidate will ideally be located in Cambridge, ON, and be able to commute to the office 2-3 days a week, but this is not required and can be a remote role*
What you'll do:
• Build and maintain deployment schedules, dependencies, and critical paths
• Coordinate pre-delivery inspections (PDI), upfitting, registration, safeties, and telematics activation
• Align site readiness (tools, parts, charging/fueling, training) and handover to operations
• Manage vendor timelines and SLAs; run weekly war-room cadence
• Track risks and mitigations; escalate issues with data-backed options
• Standardize deployment playbooks and lessons learned
What you bring:
• 5 - 10 years of experience in progressively senior roles
• 5 years of project management experience
• Demonstrated expertise in Microsoft Excel
• Engineering or Accounting background considered an asset
• Proven ability to cultivate strong relationships and communicate effectively with senior stakeholders
• Experience in propane/ LPG industry is an asset
Salary:
$97,000 - $122,100 (based on skills, experience, qualifications, and geography).
