Security Operations Supervisor – Role Summary - We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Operations Supervisor to join our team. This is a pivotal role where you will serve as the primary point of contact for our "hard sites," ensuring seamless operations and exceptional service.

Security Operations Supervisor – Role Responsibilities:

As an operations Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing complex site logistics, including:

Operational Management: Leading staff, scheduling security personnel, and managing the planning and execution of events and shows for both hard sites & the OCCC.
Financial Accuracy: Managing final billing post-event; a strong aptitude for numbers and attention to detail is essential.
Performance Leadership: Mentoring and guiding staff whilemaintaininga high standard of accountability and reliability.

Security Operations Supervisor- Role Requirements:

We are looking for a dedicated professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses the following qualifications:

Proven Leadership: Extensive supervisory experience with a demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and manage teams effectively.
Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in various programs such as Excel, PowerPoint, etc., arerequired, along with fast &accuratetyping capabilities, & exceptional report writing skills.
Communication: Fluent in English (written and verbal) with the ability to build great professional relationships and interact confidently with clients and staff.
Operational Excellence: Highly organized, exceptionally punctual, and reliable under pressure.
Customer-Centric Mindset: A strong commitment to providing excellent, service-oriented support.
Flexibility: Mustmaintainopen availability to meet the demands of event scheduling.

Compensation & Commitment

•Starting Pay: $20.50 per hour with an increase after 6-month probationary period.

•Expectations: We require extreme reliability and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
