JOB DESCRIPTION
- Support the development of the TRATON Finance strategy in alignment with Brand Finance Strategies
- Drive and support the alignment among Corporate and Brand Finance Functions on important strategic initiatives and projects (e.g. Working capital management, GenAI Activities in Finance)
- Support an improved Governance for the Group Finance organization and support the improvement of processes and methods across Finance addressing efficiency, effectiveness, and accuracy
- Be part and respectively support projects in the context of the Finance Strategy (e.g. TRATON Financial Framework, IT portfolio)
- Support various top management meetings
YOUR SKILLS
- Master's Degree in Business/Economics with major in Finance and Strategy
- Financial expert with profound experience - at least 5 years of professional experience - in Finance, Controlling, and Accounting
- Solid and proven operative and method, process, and system experience within the Finance environment
- Proven experience in managing complex projects
- Experience in different functions in the transactional finance and accounting system, as well as international experience
- Fluency in English
