Job Title: Hospitalist 

Location: York, PA

What You’ll Champion:

• Hiring two full-time Advanced Practice Providers (Nurse Practitioners or Physician Assistants) to join a growing hospitalist group
• Monday–Friday schedules available: 7:00 a.m.–3:00 p.m. or 3:00 p.m.–11:00 p.m. (no overnight shifts) 
• Provide inpatient care for patients under the direction of Physiatry at WellSpan Surgery and Rehabilitation Hospital 
• Support patients receiving consultative Physiatry services at WellSpan York Hospital 
• Perform admission and discharge medication reconciliation to ensure continuity and safety of care 
• Coordinate comprehensive medical management in collaboration with the attending physiatrist, including ordering appropriate diagnostic testing and consultations 
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate therapeutic modalities and optimize patient outcomes during inpatient rehabilitation 
• Complete rehabilitation consultations for patients admitted to WellSpan York Hospital 
• Provide recommendations regarding appropriate level of care, discharge planning, and physiatry-related treatment needs
