Join a mission-driven team that values your expertise and supports your well-being.rn rnWHAT YOU CAN EXPECT AS OUR SECURITY FLEX OFFICER:rnAs a crucial part of our flexible security team, you will be responsible for providing reliable, unarmed protection and service across our client sites.rnYou will also:rnrnProvide fixed and roving patrol security for various client sites.rnDeliver excellent customer service to our clients, acting as a professional ambassador.rnObserve, deter, and report unauthorized or unusual activities at the assigned site.rnRespond quickly and effectively to critical situations.rnRead and write detailed, accurate reports on incidents and daily activities.rnEnforce client procedures, regulations, and standards with professionalism.rnrn rnWHAT YOU'LL BRING TO THE TABLE AS OUR SECURITY FLEX OFFICER:rnrn18+ years old or the minimum age required by the staternValid driver's licensernHigh school diploma or GED; possessing an associate's degree is preferredrn2+ years of security experience and/or military/LEOrnGreat communication and customer service skillsrnKnowledge to operate the radio, telephone, and console monitorsrnAuthorization to legally work in the United StatesrnEffective verbal and written English communication skillsrnAccess to reliable transportation that allows for short-notice response throughout the Atlanta Metro arearnAbility to complete crisis prevention training and site-specific training before serving as a qualified security officerrnAbility to pass any state-required training or other qualifications for licensingrnAbility to stand for long periods of time (8+ hours)rnAbility to work outside in a variety of weather conditionsrnAbility to lift/carry up to 50 lbsrnAbility to reach over your head with 10-25 lb loadsrnAbility to walk up and down stairs, with loads up to 50 lbsrnAbility to walk and stand for extended periods and use laddersrnAbility to work at a desk and use a keyboardrnAbility to work any shift, 24 hours per day, seven days per week, including weekends and holidaysrnrnAre you who we're looking for?
