Key Responsibilities Include, but are not limited to:
- Ability to communicate effectively (Partner with General Manager to identify daily/weekly/monthly goals to assure business needs are met, clear communication to all team members to assure tasks are completed in a timely, effective manner)
- Responsible for all inventory metrics
- Responsible for executing merchandise planograms
- Coach, manage and develop the customer service, shipping, inventory, and repair teams.
- Work well with the management team and assist the other managers to quickly resolve customer related issues.
- Exhibit 2nd Swing’s Core Values everyday including support to Sales & Fitting Teams
- Ability to delegate as well as work alongside team members
- Excellent attention to details and processes
- Willingness to do what it takes to meet deadlines and goals to assure success day in and day out.

You will be expected to work 40-45 hours a week in a varied schedule, working daytime, as well as evenings and weekends.

Compensation:
Starting pay range is $50,000 - $70,000 based on previous experience.
