What You Bring
- 3+ years working with underserved individuals
- Knowledge of case management tools and Microsoft Office
- Counseling skills and ability to navigate barriers
- Valid NYS driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Flexibility for occasional evenings/weekends
Compensation
- $41,600–$49,000/year based on experience
