Are you a motivated sales professional who thrives on building relationships and driving growth? Join Aromar Company Brands as an Account Manager and play a key role in expanding our reach and strengthening our brand presence.

In this role, you'll fuel revenue growth through proactive outbound sales, working with both established customers and exciting new prospects. You'll be opening new sales channels, and expanding our brand portfolio within existing accounts. Your ability to clearly communicate our brand value will be essential to maintaining pricing integrity and long‑term partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain a robust and active prospect pipeline to consistently drive new business opportunities
  • Conduct high-volume outbound calls to existing customers and qualified prospects to generate orders and uncover growth opportunities
  • Build value-based selling strategies that reinforce brand positioning and protect pricing and margins
  • Cultivate long-term relationships with existing accounts while identifying opportunities to expand product assortment and brand penetration
  • Research, identify, and open new sales channels including retailers, distributors, and emerging market opportunities
  • Introduce new products, seasonal programs, and promotional initiatives to both existing and prospective customers
  • Accurately input and manage orders in the CRM/ERP system while maintaining detailed account notes and activity tracking
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to support launches, promotions, and customer onboarding
  • Follow up on leads, samples, and opportunities to move prospects through the sales funnel
  • Meet or exceed sales targets, pipeline activity goals, and outbound call metrics.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of inside sales, account management, or outbound sales experience (consumer goods, home, fragrance, or lifestyle brands preferred)
  • Proven ability to build and manage a sales pipeline from prospecting, closing the deal and obtaining reorders
  • Strong outbound calling skills with the confidence to engage decision-makers
  • Demonstrated experience selling on value-not price-and holding margin
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced sales environment
  • Strong research skills to identify new accounts and sales channels
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and order management tools
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
