Job Description

Always Compassionate Home Care is hiring Physical Therapists and Occupational Therapists in the White Plains area. This is a per diem 1099 position!

Qualifications/Education Required:

  • At least 1 year experience with pediatric patients

  • Therapist license and registration

  • BLS from American Heart Association

  • Physical and QuantiFERON within one year

  • MMR Titers within 10 years

  • Malpractice Insurance

  • NPI #

  • Must be Worker's Comp certified


Responsibilities:

  • Assist patients in redeeming their skills for independent living

  • Implement Specific treatments for the quick advancement of the patient's condition

  • Developing a personalized care plan appropriate for the patient's condition

  • Must be able to lift 50lbs

  • Must be able to stand/work for extended periods

  • Additional responsibilities as required


 

Pay up to $100 an hour! Pay per visit:

  • $75 for 30 min

  • $85 for 45 min

  • $100 for 1 hour

  • $150 for group of 3+
