Responsibilities:
Lead recruitment projects and onboard top talents.
Maintain and develop employee competence evaluation tools.
Identify the training needs across the organization and coordinate effective training initiatives.
Drive initiatives to improve employee engagement.
Actively contributes to HR process development and automation.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business, HR Management, Psychology, Law, or a related field.
Proven experience in recruiting for IT or engineering positions.
Knowledge and interest in a broad spectrum of HR processes and practices.
Strong organizational and project management skills.
Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication skills and a team-player mentality.
Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Proficient user of Microsoft Office.
Experience working with HR software
Fluency in Latvian and English
