**IN-HOUSE THERAPY OPPURTUNITY

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director of Rehabilitation to join our IN-HOUSE therapy team at Brinton Manor Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, a premier healthcare provider in Glen Mills, Pennsylvania. As a key member of our leadership team, the Director of Rehabilitation will be responsible for overseeing the rehabilitation department and ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to our patients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and evaluate rehabilitation programs to meet the needs of patients with various diagnoses and conditions

  • Supervise and mentor a team of rehabilitation therapists and staff to ensure effective communication, coordination, and collaboration

  • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care plans

  • Conduct quality assessments, develop improvement plans, and track metrics to measure rehabilitation outcomes

  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, company policies, and industry standards

  • Foster positive relationships with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to promote a culture of excellence and respect

Requirements:

  • 1 year of experience in a rehabilitation setting (or related field)

  • Current licensure/certification in rehabilitation therapy

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt to changing situations
