Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director of Rehabilitation to join our IN-HOUSE therapy team at Brinton Manor Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, a premier healthcare provider in Glen Mills, Pennsylvania. As a key member of our leadership team, the Director of Rehabilitation will be responsible for overseeing the rehabilitation department and ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to our patients.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and evaluate rehabilitation programs to meet the needs of patients with various diagnoses and conditions
Supervise and mentor a team of rehabilitation therapists and staff to ensure effective communication, coordination, and collaboration
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care plans
Conduct quality assessments, develop improvement plans, and track metrics to measure rehabilitation outcomes
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, company policies, and industry standards
Foster positive relationships with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to promote a culture of excellence and respect
Requirements:
1 year of experience in a rehabilitation setting (or related field)
Current licensure/certification in rehabilitation therapy
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt to changing situations
