Job Description

Pay Grade/Pay Range: The rate of pay is to be determined by the employer.



Department/Organization: This position reports to an off-campus employer.



Normal Work Schedule: Flexible; Monday - Thursday 8:00am to 5:00pm, Friday 8:00am to 2:30pm

Job Summary: The Runner/Receptionist provides general administrative and clerical support for Duncan Coker Associates, P.C. Greets visitors. Answers, screens, and directs incoming calls to appropriate personnel. Enters data, files, and makes copies. Delivers and picks up documents to and from external locations. Maintains confidentiality and handles sensitive information with discretion. Drives a company vehicle.



Required Minimum Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Experience with Microsoft Excel and Word. Must be able to lift a minimum of 10 pounds.



Preferred Qualifications: Associate's degree. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word for basic data entry, document creation, and record keeping. Familiarity with Adobe Acrobat or other Adobe tools for handling and editing documents. Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced office environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Customer service experience or front desk/reception experience preferred. Ability to handle administrative tasks with attention to detail and accuracy. Comfortable using office equipment (phones, printers, scanners, copiers). Dependable, punctual, and able to manage time effectively. Ability to run errands and move between departments efficiently (valid driver’s license may be preferred, depending on duties).
