Job Description: Xcite Automotive is seeking an experienced Paintless Dent Repair (PDR) Technician with 3–5 years of proven hands-on expertise in dent removal, hail damage repair, and dealership-level reconditioning. This role is embedded directly in a dealership environment, where you will be responsible for maintaining OEM-level quality standards while working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain detailed records of repairs performed, hours billed, and parts/tools used.

  • Collaborate with service managers, detail technicians, and reconditioning team members to ensure efficient vehicle turnaround.

  • Adhere to dealership safety and compliance policies.

What you will need:

  • 3–5 years of hands-on PDR expertise, including hail repair and high-volume dealership work.

  • Ability to deliver OEM-level quality standards consistently.

  • Experience estimating repairs, documenting work, and collaborating with reconditioning teams.

  • Strong work ethic with ability to handle high volume while maintaining precision.

  • Excellent communication skills for working with managers, teammates, and dealership staff.
