Role Summary

The HRIS & Platforms Specialist has primary accountability for Dayforce (HRIS) and adjacent HR platforms to ensure reliability, data integrity, seamless integrations, and user‑friendly self‑service. This role owns the product roadmap, standardizes release and integration practices, governs access and data quality, and delivers high‑value automation that reduces manual effort and improves employee experience.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and maintain the HRIS technology roadmap, backlog, and release plan; prioritize value delivery and risk mitigation.
  • Lead release planning, environment strategy, and change management communications.
  • Establish and maintain RBAC (role‑based access controls), privacy controls, audit trails, and data quality rules.
  • Design and simplify self‑service processes and user experience flows across the HR ecosystem.
  • Serve as the interface between HR business needs, Dayforce enablement and configuration, IT, and other organizational technology systems.
  • Facilitate process mapping/workflows, identify failure points, and optimize end‑to‑end employee journeys.

 

Education, Skills and other Technical Expertise

Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related fields.

An equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience will also be considered.

8+ years of experience in HR program management, systems administration, or similar roles.

 

Proven ability to lead programs, analyze data, and optimize systems and processes.

Strong project management skills, with experience delivering cross-functional initiatives.

Skilled in HR systems (DayForce strongly preferred), workflow design, and data accuracy principles.

An equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience will also be considered.
