Responsibilities:
This position is a member of the St. Anthony Aquatics program which strives to welcome participants of all ages and create a safe, welcoming environment to learn water safety and swimming skills in the pool. Lifeguarding for our swim club program, open swim, pool rentals and other lifeguarding needs that arise.  

Qualifications:
Lifeguard certification
Strong communication skills

Minimum Desired Qualifications:
Observes participants in the pool at all times to ensure water safety is practiced at all times while the pool is in use.Purpose:
The lifeguard is responsible for ensuring all swimmers are safe while the pool is in use during swimming lessons or swim club. 

?Hours: part time 5-10 hours per week
Summer schedule:  Mondays and Wednesdays 6:30-8:00 pm and Saturdays 8:00-9:30 am

Hourly Wage: $15.69-16.80 depending on experience
