About the Role

We are seeking a recruiter with an engineering background (degree or hands-on experience in software, QA, data, or IT) who wants to combine technical expertise with modern, AI-powered recruitment. This is a full-cycle recruiter position where you will use both your domain knowledge and the latest automation tools to run and optimise all recruitment activities.

Main Responsibilities

  • Source, approach, and engage IT and engineering candidates using direct search, networking, and AI sourcing tools (e.g. HireEZ, AmazingHiring, SeekOut)
  • Screen CVs and assess candidate fit, leveraging your technical background to understand profiles and skills
  • Arrange and conduct interviews, including technical qualification and soft skills assessment
  • Coordinate and schedule technical interviews with hiring managers and project leads
  • Manage candidate pipelines and communication, ensuring a smooth process from initial contact to offer and onboarding
  • Use AI and automation (e.g. ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Loxo, Zapier, Make) to streamline sourcing, outreach, scheduling, and follow-up
  • Support employer branding and recruitment marketing activities using AI-powered content tools (e.g. Canva, Copy.ai)
  • Track recruitment metrics, maintain up-to-date records, and identify opportunities to improve process efficiency through automation


Requirements

  • Technical background: degree or experience as a developer, QA, data engineer, or similar
  • Experience as a recruiter, ideally in tech or IT
  • Hands-on experience with AI or automation tools in any stage of the recruitment process
  • Strong communication skills in English (C1) and Polish
  • Highly organised, proactive, and ready to work independently
