Key Responsibilities:
Application of formal change architectures, models, and framework
Measurement of short- and long-term business outcomes related to organizational change
Designs effective change plans to drive successful adoption of the change within the organization
Quantitative and qualitative analyses to implement data-driven change models
Identification and alignment of relevant stakeholders
Distribution of timely and relevant information through an integrated, attractive, and comprehensive communications strategy
Development and execution of strategic training plans to prepare individuals for success during and after the change
Assessment of organizational readiness and current state vs. future state gaps
Management of OCM activities and deliverables within the context of a larger project/program
Executing communications and training strategy
Measuring adoption success of new technologies implemented

Knowledge of change management frameworks and methods, including assessing readiness
Experience analyzing quantitative and qualitative data to inform decision-making
Ability to assess training needs and produce training materials (skills in using online learning tools are welcome)
Effective interpersonal skills
Ability to identify and communicate information/strategy to multiple stakeholders
Results-driven and detail-oriented
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience with organizational design
