Compensation Options

W-2 / Hourly Positions for CF or CCC-SLP ONLY:

• SLP (CF to CCC-SLP): $65,000–$85,000 annually
• Bilingual SLP (Spanish/English): $68,000–$90,000 annually

Pay-Per-Visit (Optional):

• SLPA: $30–$44/hour
• SLP: $50–$76/hour
  (Based on experience and bilingual status)

Schedule Designed for Balance

• Preferred schedule: Work 2 evenings until 6pm
  • 9:00 AM – 4:30 PM (Mon–Thurs) and Friday 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM is current schedule
