Fulfillment Center Associate (FCA) – Order Picker

Location: Semmes                  

  • Full-time – Non-exempt - Day Shift 
  • Part-time – Non-exempt - Day Shift (Monday- Friday - Shift begins at 7am and concludes once daily requirement is met. Typical shifts range from approximately 4–6 hours per day.)

Reports to: Fulfillment Center Supervisor

 

Essential Functions of the Role

Duties and Responsibilities

A key member of the Production Team, an FCA - Order Picker, is responsible for picking productivity and works daily with the production control team to ensure orders are processed quickly, efficiently and safely.

  • Pick all orders to meet carrier pickup deadlines.
  • Strive to meet personal and group performance goals.
  • Bring any concerns about product integrity to a supervisor's attention.
  • Work safely to prevent injury to people and damage to products and equipment.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
