Job Description

Elite Construction Company is looking to hire and Office Administrator Assistant to join our team. This position requires strong communication skills. It would be helpful to be Bilingual (English & Spanish) You will assist the Office Manager in coordinating administrative tasks, managing vendor relationships, and maintaining the office efficiency. Must know how to work QuickBooks Online 

  • Facilities Management: Monitor office condition, order supplies, and coordinate with vendors for maintenance or repairs.
  • Administrative Assistance: Handle scheduling, travel arrangements, and document preparation for leadership teams.
  • Communication: Act as a point of contact for employees and visitors, managing phone calls and correspondence.
  • Project Support: Help implement office policies and assist with special projects like team events or onboarding. 

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience: Typically, 1–2 years in an administrative or office management role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and QuickBook
  • Excellent communication, organization, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, new employees
  • Manage front desk operations, including greeting guests, answering phone calls, and directing inquiries appropriately.
  • Must know excel. Must have excellent phone skills. Must be able to work multiple phone lines.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
  • Previous experience in administrative support.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic IT troubleshooting.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Must be able to lift/carry a minimum of 25 pounds
  • Must push/pull carts or equipment
  • Standing/Walking: Often throughout the day, including stairs
  • Reaching: Both overhead and at/below shoulder level
  • Keyboarding & fine hand manipulation for administrative tasks
  • Valid Driver’s License required
