Lexus Main Line Service Technician –
Reliable Lexus is adding to our service team—but let’s be clear, we’re not looking for just anyone. We want an experienced technician who knows how to work, diagnose, and deliver results.

Requirements (Read Carefully):
• Must be 18+ with a valid driver’s license
• Minimum 2 years of dealership or shop experience
• Lexus or other highline brand experience is preferred, but skill matters more than badges
The Shop:
You won’t be stuck in a cramped, outdated space. Our 12-bay Lexus service facility is built for productivity:
• Clean, tiled floors and full air conditioning
• In-ground and above-ground scissor lifts
• Snap-On built-in toolboxes
• Modern equipment including alignment machine, tire balancer & changer, and overhead fluid systems
What You’re Expected to Bring:
• Real diagnostic ability (not guesswork and parts swapping)
• ASE’s in progress or completed
• Efficiency without cutting corners
• A strong work ethic—show up ready to produce
• Professional attitude with zero tolerance for drama
