Starting wage $15.50
4 skill levels = $1 more per hour at each level

1st shift - 6:30a-3:00p

 

Good attendance is a MUST.

What You’ll Do

  • Assemble furniture components for higher education and healthcare facilities
  • Perform framing, fabricating, upholstering, base assembly, and sub-assembly work
  • Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area, including daily cleaning and 5-S audits
  • Follow all safety guidelines and use required personal protective equipment (PPE)

What You’ll Bring

  • Reliable attendance and the ability to work scheduled shifts consistently
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks such as standing, bending, and walking throughout the shift
  • Ability to read, understand, and follow written and verbal instructions
  • Experience using handheld power tools accurately; manufacturing experience preferred
