Responsibilities
- Responsible for maintaining, fixing, cleaning, and making sure all our games and ATMs are operating properly.
- Responsible for setting up new slot machines and making sure all settings are correctly installed.
- Bill tests the new machines, to ensure that our bill accepters are working correctly before allowing our guest to play with the machines.
- Must be able to work as a team when slot machines are needed to be pulled off the floor or placed on the floor.
- Must understand Title 31 and complete training and test out on the training once a year to remain compliant with our bank Secrecy Act (Tile 31).
- Displays a responsive and professional manner in promptly responding to all requests, complaints, and problems.
- Must be able to work independently or in a group, working on projects.
- Recognizes that each employee is a representative of the Fond du Lac Band of Lake Superior Chippewa and is responsible for demonstrating courtesy, respect, and sensitivity to the needs of all others, including visitors and co-workers.
- Represents the Fond du Lac Band of Lake Superior Chippewa and the department in a positive and professional manner in the community.
- Required to maintain proper attendance including reporting to work on time in accordance with applicable policies.
- Maintains a clean and organized work area.
- Due to changes and modifications in the job from time to time, employees are required to be flexible and assume other responsibilities assigned by management as deemed necessary.
Qualifications
- No Driver’s License is required.
- A year of gaming experience is desired.
- Knowledge or experience in electrical, mechanical, or slot machine-related fields is desired.
- Basic computer skills required.
- Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing is required.
- Ability to work independently and establish priorities is required.
- Attention to detail and accuracy is required.
- Ability to establish professional and harmonious working relationships on all projects and with all parties involved.
- Subject to drug and alcohol testing in accordance with the Fond du Lac Reservation’s Personnel Policies.
- Subject to pre-employment and annual background checks.
- This position requires working in a smoking environment.
- Operations are conducted seven days a week and on holidays.
- Prolonged standing, and walking.
- Bending, stooping, crouching, kneeling, twisting and turning,
- Frequent lifting of up to 75 lbs.
- Lifting of up to 1000 lbs. with the aid of hydraulic lifts or a dolly.
- Subject to inside environmental conditions, including work in a smoking environment.
