Role

Bill360 is seeking a Product Marketing Manager to drive go-to-market strategy, messaging, and enablement for our partnerships and sales channels. This role sits at the intersection of Product, Sales, and Partnerships, ensuring our value proposition is clearly articulated and effectively delivered to partners, prospects, and customers.

 

You'll play a key role in how our product is presented to the market, owning messaging, supporting go-to-market efforts, and producing high-quality visual assets that resonate with customers. This role will also be critical in supporting partnerships and sales enablement.

Bill360 is a fast-growing SaaS platform transforming how businesses manage billing, payments, and accounts receivable. We help companies get paid faster by integrating invoices, payments, and automation into one seamless workflow.

Essential Responsibilities

Go-to-Market Strategy

· Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for partnership-led initiatives and product launches

· Translate product capabilities into compelling partner and customer value propositions

· Define target segments, use cases, and positioning tailored to partner ecosystems

 

Partnership Enablement

· Build and maintain partner-facing materials (pitch decks, one-pagers, co-branded content)

· Enable strategic partners (e.g., financial institutions, platforms, integrations) with clear messaging and use-case storytelling

· Collaborate with Partnerships team to support onboarding and activation of new partners

 

Sales Enablement

· Create and deliver sales tools, including battlecards, objection-handling guides, and competitive positioning

· Partner closely with Sales to understand pipeline challenges and refine messaging accordingly

· Support deal cycles with tailored collateral and strategic input

 

AI-Driven Marketing & Content Creation

  • Use AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, Canva AI, etc.) to accelerate content creation, ideation, and iteration
  • Generate first drafts of copy, visuals, and campaign concepts, then refine to a high-quality, on-brand standard
  • Leverage AI for rapid testing of messaging variations and creative concepts
  • Identify opportunities to improve marketing efficiency and output using AI workflows
  • Stay current on emerging AI tools and best practices, and apply them pragmatically (not just experimentally)

 

Messaging & Positioning

· Own and refine product messaging for partnership and sales channels

· Ensure consistency across marketing, sales, and partner communications

· Translate technical product features into business value for different audiences

 

Market & Competitive Insights

· Conduct market research to identify trends, buyer needs, and competitive dynamics

· Maintain competitive intelligence to inform positioning and sales strategy

· Provide actionable insights to Product and Leadership teams

 

Cross-Functional Collaboration

· Work closely with Product, Sales, Partnerships, Marketing, and Customer Success teams

· Align product roadmap communication with go-to-market priorities

· Support launch readiness and internal alignment

Qualifications (Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills & Abilities)

· 4–7+ years of experience in Product Marketing, preferably in fintech, SaaS, or payments

· Experience supporting partnerships, channel sales, or ecosystem-driven growth

· Strong understanding of B2B sales cycles and go-to-market strategies

· Ability to translate complex product concepts into clear, compelling messaging

· Proven experience creating sales enablement and partner-facing content

· Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

· Analytical mindset with ability to leverage data for decision-making

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in SaaS, fintech, B2B
  • Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Webflow, or similar marketing platforms
  • Portfolio showcasing design and marketing work
  • Experience in AR automation, payments, or financial workflows
  • Background working with financial institutions, fintech partnerships, or integrations
  • Experience in a high-growth startup environment
