One Step Forward is hiring a BCBA to work with cases in Jersey City, Hoboken, and surrounding Hudson County areas. This role focuses on providing clinical guidance, supporting team members, and ensuring effective program implementation.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Provide supervision and support to ABA therapists
• Review and analyze session data
• Modify treatment plans based on progress
• Ensure consistency in program implementation
• Collaborate with staff and families
