Advanced knowledge of talent management, leadership development and/or organizational development practices, human capital consulting, adult learning principles and solutions/curriculum design

Job Overview:
The OD consultant assesses, develops, designs, implements and evaluates organizational development programs, services and interventions that support TriHealth's strategic priorities, the TriHealth Way and the HR service delivery model.
Job Responsibilities:
Demonstrates advanced knowledge of adult learning, content design, implementation and facilitation of innovative learning and development initiatives (Leadership Development Institutes, team interventions, skills-based simulations), applying current industry best practices and learning technologies.
Utilizes industry validated coaching models and techniques to support select clients in creating and achieving measurable goals. Administers, interprets results and feedback related to several competency assessment tools and surveys (i.e.: DiSC, 360, engagement, new hire). Supports clients in creating and implementing a development plan based on various sources of data.
Consults and partners across the system to assess, design, develop, implement and measure a variety of customized team and individual interventions by matching OD solutions to business needs and objectives. Collaborates with HR Partners and Diversity, Equity and Inclusion team in supporting regional and system-wide initiatives and changes in an integrated HR service delivery model, fostering a culture of team member engagement and retention.
Manages and supports System Transformation / TriHealth Way programs, projects, processes and resources that enhance strategic initiatives with measurable results. Drives work to meet deadlines, engages stakeholders, influences executive project sponsors and business leaders. Simultaneously operates at a big pictures/strategic level while consistently delivering action with speed and quality.
Supports the strategy and execution of programs and events to positively impact Engagement and Retention. Partners with HRBP, Talent Acquisition, Metrics and Operations team to gather, analyze, and apply relevant data to assesses effectiveness of programs and modify accordingly. Demonstrates business acumen and ability to drive solutions that impact business results.
Applies practices and tools to enhance team member retention and engagement (performance management, succession planning, talent reviews and targeted development plans for high potential talent).
