Duties/Responsibilities:

Answers and screens telephone calls, direct callers and assists the general public.
Updates law library
Assists legal assistants with redacting and sending out discovery and invoices to defense attorneys in addition to sending out dvd's, flash drives and cd's.
Pull through eCitations into Protect
Pull through eReferrals into Protect
Request reports
Scan Search Warrants, Riversides and Media Request forms into system
Updates arrest and conviction card
Daily Court runs (i.e. delivering and picking up court documents from other departments)
Daily mail (i.e. delivering and sorting mail)
Training and Experience:
High school diploma and 1-2 years of experience in the legal field is preferable.
In evaluating candidates for this position, the County may consider a combination of education, training and experience which provides the necessary knowledge, skills and abilities to perform the duties of the position.
