The Junior High Football Coach is responsible for coaching and supervising the junior high football program, planning practices, and promoting skill development, teamwork, sportsmanship, and positive character in student-athletes. The coach will work collaboratively within a cooperative athletic program with Leola School District and follow all district and conference guidelines.

Qualifications:

• Knowledge of football fundamentals and safe coaching practices
• Ability to work positively with middle school student-athletes
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Previous coaching experience preferred

Compensation:

• Stipend position per district/co-op agreement
