Position: Entry-Level UC Helpdesk Technician

We are looking for a motivated Entry-Level Unified Communications (UC) Helpdesk Technician to join our growing team on-site in Beaverton, OR. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to launch their career in IT. If you have a technical mindset, strong communication skills, and a passion for customer service, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support Hosted Voice customers with MACD (Moves, Adds, Changes, Deletions) requests

  • Troubleshoot complex issues related to software, handsets, and call quality

  • Maintain service best practices and assist with internal infrastructure

  • Use tools like Wireshark to troubleshoot SIP traffic and connectivity issues

  • Learn fundamentals of IP networking and routing

  • Respond to hardware/software failures and assist with resolving system issues

  • Participate in virtual deployments and data entry for new implementations

  • Collaborate with senior technicians and project managers on new installs and upgrades

Qualifications:

  • Associate degree preferred

  • 0�2 years of experience with VoIP or Unified Communications platforms

  • Strong customer service and communication skills

  • Technical aptitude and willingness to learn

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365

  • Help Desk experience a plus
