Lifespan Bath Remodel is looking for a sales representative to join our team in our St. George office. This person will actively seek out and engage prospective customers to sell our product and/or services.

We are currently hiring due to growth and expansion in the state of Utah, to run pre-qualified WARM pre-qualified leads in our bath conversion/remodel division and selling high quality, luxury bath improvements direct to homeowners. Candidate needs to be energetic and eager to learn.

The successful candidate will identify leads, manage prospects and acquire new business.  

 - Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of Lifespan's services, sales process and pricing structures.

 - Meet or exceed sales goals.

 - Occasional weekend appointments and trade shows.

• Drive to and from appointments safely and responsibly.
• Report lead results daily through our online CRM.
• Motivate team members and help them out when needed.
• Create Sales goal based off what you hope to bring in this year. & Meet with GM to see what you have to do to accomplish that goal.
• Follow up to your past clients and try to get Repeat Business, and Referrals.
• Clearly define your sales to the production manager.
• Re Hash all your appointments that didn't sell on the first appointment.

-Successful sales experience, in-home preferred.
