Job Description

My name is Kyle Rodgers. I've spent years in high-ticket sales, including closing at a high level alongside Les Brown, and I've also had the opportunity to share the stage with Russell Brunson.

Today, I work as a consultant helping coaches, experts, and agencies scale their businesses by building high-performance sales teams and installing AI-powered lead generation systems-without losing the human connection that actually drives conversions.

We're currently expanding and bringing on a few serious sales professionals to join our remote team.


What You'll Be Doing

This role is focused on execution, not chasing leads.

  • Taking inbound, pre-qualified calls (Zoom or phone)
  • Leading structured sales conversations with confidence
  • Diagnosing client needs and positioning the right solution
  • Handling objections in real time without pressure tactics
  • Keeping CRM notes clean and actionable after each call
  • Hitting performance targets and contributing to team momentum

Compensation & Structure

  • Setters: Starting around $1,000 to $1,500 per week
  • Closers: Starting around $2,000 to $3,000 per week + performance incentives
  • Additional upside tied to production and consistency
