What You'll Be Doing
This role is focused on execution, not chasing leads.
- Taking inbound, pre-qualified calls (Zoom or phone)
- Leading structured sales conversations with confidence
- Diagnosing client needs and positioning the right solution
- Handling objections in real time without pressure tactics
- Keeping CRM notes clean and actionable after each call
- Hitting performance targets and contributing to team momentum

Compensation & Structure
- Setters: Starting around $1,000 to $1,500 per week
- Closers: Starting around $2,000 to $3,000 per week + performance incentives
- Additional upside tied to production and consistency
