The Culinary Services Team at Givens-Aldersgate is hiring for a Part-Time Bartender. In this role, you will create a welcoming, social atmosphere while offering thoughtfully crafted cocktails, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic beverages that align with the community’s hospitality standards and resident wellness goals.
Schedule:
- Weekdays & Weekends:
- 3:00 pm – 8:30 pm
What you'll do:
- Prepare and serve a curated selection of cocktails, wine, beer and zero proof beverages with attention to balance, moderation, and dietary considerations.
- Offer wellness-forward beverage alternatives such as mocktails, herbal infusions, etc.
- Engage residents, and guests with genuine hospitality, fostering connection, conversation, and community.
- Ensure service in compliance with state and local regulations.
- Collaborate with culinary and dining teams to create beverage pairings.
What you’ll need:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Certification in Hospitality, food & beverage or Mixology (Preferred)
- 2 + years of bartending experience
Compensation: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
