The Culinary Services Team at Givens-Aldersgate is hiring for a Part-Time Bartender. In this role, you will create a welcoming, social atmosphere while offering thoughtfully crafted cocktails, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic beverages that align with the community’s hospitality standards and resident wellness goals.



Schedule:




  • Weekdays & Weekends:


    • 3:00 pm – 8:30 pm





What you'll do:




  • Prepare and serve a curated selection of cocktails, wine, beer and zero proof beverages with attention to balance, moderation, and dietary considerations.

  • Offer wellness-forward beverage alternatives such as mocktails, herbal infusions, etc.

  • Engage residents, and guests with genuine hospitality, fostering connection, conversation, and community.

  • Ensure service in compliance with state and local regulations.

  • Collaborate with culinary and dining teams to create beverage pairings.



What you’ll need:




  • High School Diploma or Equivalent

  • Certification in Hospitality, food & beverage or Mixology (Preferred)

  • 2 + years of bartending experience



Compensation: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
