Job Description

Agency Billing and Incentive Management (ABIM) Team

We manage Sabre customers’ contracts with precision and care, bringing business relationships to life.

Our teams deliver world-class customer support by understanding our customers’ specifics in detail.

At ABIM, we produce and deliver invoices, make payments, support our external travel agency customers and internal counterparts in any topic associated to the contract.

In this role, you will get to generate, analyze and deliver valuable information to stakeholders within and outside the company, generating a network across the globe.

Responsibilities of the role:

  • Provides contract administration and customer support to travel agencies worldwide.

  • Performs contract analysis, quality controls and storage of documentation, system setups, invoicing, payment process, reporting and order placement. 

Qualifications

Which skills do we need in Agency Billing and Incentive Management?                

  • 2 to 3 years of experience in Billing and Incentive Management.            

  • Advanced English language (written and verbal) is required for this opening

  • Contract administration or back-office background is an advantage

  • Finance background which is an advantage

  • Computer software skills: MS Office. Advanced use of Excel and Access preferred

  • Effective communication

  • Interpersonal abilities

  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure

  • Excellent follow- up ability

  • Detail- oriented

  • Problem solving and decision making

  • Ability and desire to work in a fast-paced challenging environment

  • Learning aptitude

  • Curiosity

Nice-to-have

  • SAP, Salesforce and SharePoint system knowledge

  • Experience in Travel Industry, Finance Industry.
