Provides administrative support to Director and Managers as well as other support services in the department.

- Handles mail and correspondence for director.
- Keeps calendars, coordinates schedules and appointments.
- Establishes and maintains office files.
- Handles department purchases.
- Assist in planning and executing monthly events.

- Operates a variety of office machines (i.e., computer, FAX machine, photocopier, etc.).
- Performs special projects by researching, coordinating, gathering information, etc. as needed.

- With general direction performs a variety of complex administrative support functions requiring the exercise of evaluative thinking and independent judgment in the interpretation and application of company policies.

- Two (2) to four (4) years previous experience in administrative support or equivalent.
- Strong customer relation skills for conflict situations.
- Ability to perform the essential duties and responsibilities with efficiency and accuracy.
