We’re looking for a Logistics Planning & Stock Control Technician to join our team on a 6‑month contract, supporting our Plant Logistics and Stock Control teams during a particularly busy period. This role is perfect for someone with strong administrative or logistics experience who’s ready to step into a varied, operational support role.

6‑Month Fixed Term Contract - Harlow Site 5 days per week

What You’ll Be Doing

Plant Logistics Responsibilities

  • Manage logistics for UK and EU customer orders

  • Process import/export customs requirements for EU shipments

  • Learn the full MAM end‑to‑end process (full training provided)

  • Book transport across multiple modes and prepare accurate loading lists

  • Raise freight accruals and prepare despatch/customs paperwork

  • Work closely with Customer Service to ensure on‑time delivery performance

  • Support daily supply chain activities and data collation, including OTTR reporting

Stock Control & Samples Responsibilities

  • Support sampling activities on site

  • Raise requisitions for raw materials and packaging via MD04

  • Raise STOs for shipments to external storage and toll manufacturing partners

  • Use CRM system to order ad hoc materials

  • Conduct stock counts and follow up with reporting

  • Support production planning and its link with IBP

  • Engage with RCCP planning and scheduling tools

What You’ll Bring

  • SAP experience Essential

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel

  • Experience ideally in logistics, customs, manufacturing, or supply chain support

  • Proven organisational and problem‑solving skills

  • Confident communicator, both written and verbal
