What You’ll Do
Transport residents safely to and from the therapy gym using wheelchairs, walkers, or other assistive devices
Ensure residents are prepared for therapy sessions, including proper positioning and use of mobility aids
Assist with set-up and clean-up of therapy areas and equipment as directed
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the therapy gym and equipment
Communicate effectively with therapists, nursing staff, and residents regarding therapy
Follow all facility policies, safety procedures, and infection control guidelines
Respect resident privacy, dignity, and confidentiality at all times
Assist with restorative feeding
CNA: Assist with transferring residents from bed to assistive device to transport to therapy gym
What We’re Looking For
CNA license preferred (not required)
High School Diploma or GED required
Experience in SNF or rehab setting is a plus
Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented
Comfortable assisting patients with mobility needs
Great fit for parents or caregivers needing schedule flexibility
