What You’ll Do:
As an LPN, you’ll play a hands-on role in improving the lives of our residents by:
- Providing compassionate, hands-on assistance with personal care and daily activities such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and meals.
- Leading your shift by guiding fellow associates, managing resident needs, completing reports, and serving as the point of contact for the on-call nurse.
- Administering medications accurately in accordance with physician orders and company policies, while maintaining precise records for each resident.
- Upholding the highest standards of care by ensuring all services are provided in line with Resident Service Agreements, company policies, and state regulations.
- Building positive, trusting relationships with residents, their families, and your team members.
Requirements
What We’re Looking For:
- 2+ years of experience in a senior living or related industry.
- A proven leader with 1+ years of experience in a supervisory role.
- An active Nursing license with the state.
- A current CPR/BLS certification.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to connect effectively with residents, families, and colleagues.
