You?ll report directly to the Executive Director and own everything from emergency fixes to big-picture upkeep.

What You?ll Love About This Role




  • Dive in daily with hands-on repairs, maintenance, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, snow removal, and safety upgrades

  • Lead and develop your own housekeeping team

  • Oversee vendors and make sure every job is done right and on time

  • Use your carpentry, painting, and equipment skills to keep our community looking and feeling amazing

  • Enjoy the satisfaction of knowing your work directly protects and delights our residents



What You Bring




  • 2+ years hands-on facilities maintenance experience (mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC)

  • High School diploma or GED

  • Valid driver?s license, clean driving record, and personal vehicle

  • Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs and working flexible hours

  • Bonus: Certifications in HVAC, electrical, or plumbing
