This position plays a vital part in maintaining efficient material flow by ensuring accurate receiving, staging and delivery of components to support uninterrupted production.

Your Responsibilities:
- Monitor and Address Stock Usage: Handle abnormalities and outages proactively
- Stage Components: Prepare materials for immediate use to keep production on track
- Anticipate Needs: Prevent production hold ups by staying ahead of requirements
- Read Production Schedules: Interpret and act on schedules to support production flow
- Communicate Efficiently: Report missing parts and coordinate with purchasing
- Maintain Stock Levels: Ensure production materials are consistently available
• Purchase Order Verification: Accurately verify delivered parts against purchase orders
• Receiving Processing: Unload, check, label and process delivered equipment and materials
• Freight Inspection: Verify incoming freight and record any damage on bills of lading
• Inventory Accuracy: Ensure all quantities and counts are correct before storage or distribution
• Parts Allocation: Tag, allocate and warehouse received parts in appropriate locations
• Priority Distribution: Separate priority orders and dispatch to the appropriate department
• Documentation: Complete and submit packing slips and receiving paperwork accurately
• Data Entry: Complete SDG and receiving data entry in required systems
• Task Management: Multitask effectively and adapt to changing priorities
• Independent & Team Work: Perform tasks independently while contributing to team objectives
• Manage Waste: Remove hazardous and non-hazardous waste as required
• Lift and Carry Heavy Items: As required to support material handling duties
• Regulatory Training: Complete Transportation of Dangerous Goods and Regulation 347 training (company provided)
