Counter Stock Clerk
The Counter Stock Clerk is responsible for efficiently pulling, stocking, and managing materials to support daily warehouse operations. This position requires the ability to multitask, work independently, and collaborate with the team. A Counter Stock Clerk should maintain a strong focus on organization, safety, and customer satisfaction. A clean history of drug and alcohol use is required.
Essential Functions
Accurately pull stock materials for customer counter orders in a timely and efficient manner
Prioritize and assist with rush and priority orders to meet urgent customer and operational needs
Stock, rotate, and organize materials according to company procedures and inventory standards
Assist with cycle counts and inventory audits to maintain accurate inventory records
Cut wire and prepare materials as required for customer orders
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area through daily housekeeping practices
Follow all safety policies and procedures outlined in the Inline Electric Supply Safety Handbook
Assist with warehouse delivery and material movement as needed
Support restocking efforts to ensure product availability and proper inventory levels
Operate handheld inventory scanners and warehouse management systems
Work collaboratively with counter, warehouse, and operations teams to support daily business needs
Perform additional duties as assigned by management

Education and Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Valid driver’s license with an approved motor vehicle record (DMV report).
Physical Requirements:
Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods of time.
Ability to bend, climb, push, pull, and maneuver in tight or elevated spaces.
Ability to operate handheld inventory and warehouse control devices.
Occasional need to climb stairs, ladders, or use a step stool.
Ability to lift, carry, and transport materials weighing up to 50 lbs., with occasional lifting of more than 50 lbs.
Ability to adapt to changing conditions and work in a team-oriented environment.
