Description

 

Position Summary

XstremeMD is seeking a full-time Bilingual Registered Nurse Case Manager (Spanish/English required) to provide telephonic medical case management services for injured and ill workers. This role is responsible for assessment, planning, coordination, and evaluation of care to ensure timely, cost-effective treatment and safe return to work. The RN Case Manager serves as a liaison between employers, insurance carriers, medical providers, attorneys, and employees to monitor progress and facilitate optimal outcomes.

This position works remotely in a professional home office environment.

Requirements

 

Mandatory Requirements

  • Must be fluent in Spanish and English (verbal and written) – REQUIRED
     
  • Active, unrestricted RN license (multi-state licensure preferred)
     
  • Associate or Bachelor of Science in Nursing
     
  • Minimum 2+ years of clinical nursing experience
     
  • Strong telephonic communication and documentation skills
     
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting
     
  • Must pass background check and drug screen
     

Preferred Qualifications

  • ER or ICU experience
     
  • Case Management or Workers’ Compensation experience
     
  • CCM certification (or willingness to obtain when eligible)
