The Role
As our Sales Manager, you will lead and scale a multi-vertical sales team across HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical, driving both performance and accountability.
You will:
- Own revenue outcomes across all sales verticals
- Coach and develop a team of high-performing sales professionals
- Drive cross-selling strategies to maximize every opportunity
- Build a predictable, scalable sales engine
What You’ll Be Responsible For
Leadership & Coaching
- Lead, coach, and hold the sales team accountable to daily, weekly, and monthly goals
- Conduct ride-alongs, call reviews, and 1:1 development sessions
- Build a culture of urgency, competition, and continuous improvement
Revenue & Performance
- Drive $2M+ per rep annual production targets
- Improve close rates, average ticket, and overall conversion
- Own forecasting accuracy and pipeline health
Sales Process Excellence
- Ensure consistent execution of sales process, discovery, and presentation
- Maintain 100% follow-up discipline and CRM accuracy
- Drive manager involvement in high-value opportunities
Cross-Trade Growth (Huge Opportunity)
- Increase multi-trade attach rates (HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical)
- Maximize revenue per household
- Partner with marketing and operations to optimize lead flow and capacity
Operational Alignment
- Ensure clean handoffs from sales to install
- Protect margin through strong scoping and pricing discipline
- Collaborate cross-functionally with service, install, and leadership teams

What We’re Looking For
Experience
- 5+ years in sales, with 2+ years in leadership
- Strong preference for HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, or home services
- Proven track record of hitting and exceeding revenue targets
Skills
- Elite coaching and team development ability
- Strong command of sales metrics and KPIs
- Ability to drive both results AND culture
- Experience with CRM systems (ServiceTitan, Salesforce, etc.)
